 | Rave supports the ability to capture just the flagged frames from Varicam footage. Rave can pull out and store only the "Active" frames from Varicam 720p60 material. An example would be to allow working with 720p in 24fps timeline. Rave will play back native 24p video with 2:3 to achieve 60i. Other uses include achieving off speed (ex: slow-mo) video playback. The engine can also be used to pull out existing cadence in video capture, an example would be pulling out 24p material from a 60i source. Also could be used to play back video similar to the Varicam®.
